Pahl & Associates
is a consultancy dealing with Canadian immigration and relocation matters with its head office in London, United Kingdom.
At Pahl & Associates our mission is to provide prospective immigrants the services they deserve and to assist them with all the relevant information they may require. We believe trust, honesty and reliability, are the keys to successful practice.
Pahl & Associates was founded by Mr. Balvinder S. Pahl LLB (Hons). Mr. Pahl graduated with a law degree in the U.K. in 1985 and he has more than fifteen years of experience working exclusively in the field of immigration, both in the U.K. and Canada. His immigration experience has been achieved as an Immigration Counsellor in the public sector; an Immigration Consultant in private practice; and as an Immigration Executive with several learned and respected Immigration lawyers in their respective law practices.
During these years Mr. Pahl dealt regularly with government departments and overseas posts whilst helping hundreds of individuals and families with their immigration applications. Mr. Pahl has also represented numerous clients before the Immigration Appellate Authorities. He has been quoted in legal journals and newspapers in matters pertinent to his immigration experiences and successful client decisions.
Mr. Pahl regularly attends and participates in seminars/courses relevant to immigration practice in order to keep abreast of the ever-changing Canadian immigration regulations and policies, and to provide competent and professional services for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Pahl has successfully completed the University of British Columbia Immigration Practitioners Certificate Program.
As member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants ** Mr. Pahl is bound to comply with high standards of ethics professionally and personally. This means that the applications Mr. Pahl submits will always be completed to a strict professional standard. Prior to accepting a case it will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure that it stands a reasonable chance of being accepted by the Government of Canada. In the event that an application is weak as to any legal merit, a prospective client will be so informed in an honest and frank manner to avoid clients' wasting their time and hard-earned money
When you consider retaining our services, or that of any other professional representative,** you might wonder if you really do need any outside help with the immigration process. Indeed, all Canadian immigration offices may provide you with basic information without any charge. However Canadian immigration offices receive many thousands of applications for permanent residence each year, and their extremely heavy workload and limited resources does not permit them to assist you through the immigration process nor help you after arriving in Canada in a manner often required by the aspiring immigrant. At Pahl & Associates we recognize our obligation to our clients to keep abreast of the changes in immigration rules, regulations and procedures. Recent changes now place an increased emphasis on the educational and occupational skills of prospective immigrants, as well as their economic ability to establish themselves successfully in Canada.
We will prepare your applications, follow-up on queries and conduct business in a professional, ethical and efficient manner. We are involved with clients prior to commencing the immigration process, during the process and then after immigration process.
Pahl & Associates may not be the largest immigration company, however with the high professional standards of personal service we provide for our clients, combined with our strong belief that our clients' success is our success, we strive to be one of the best.
